Soft- skills have become an essential part of contemporary professional world. Soft skills training enhances the employability of a person. IIFLC offers soft-skills training to students, teachers and professionals.
The Placement Training Program enables the students to face campus recruitment successfully. Placement Training module consists of guidance for Aptitude Tests, Group Discussion, Resume Preparation, Personal Interviews, Body Language, Appearance, Probable Questions and Effective Answers. This training helps students to sail smoothly from the campus to the corporate.
Corporate training caters to the needs of professionals by grooming features such as professionalism and helps them to cope with the fast changing industrial needs. The focus of the program is to enhance Emotional Quotient (EQ) with the help of different activities.
IIFLC provides career counseling by conducting psychometric tests. In this session students are guided to opt the right career as per their Intelligence Quotient and Emotional Quotient.
IIFLC has designed language enrichment program for teaching staff. The focus of this program is to enrich every faculty member with soft skills and English language. Enrichment in language enhances teaching ability of the faculty members and helps them to build quick rapport with students. Graduate Record Examination is a qualifying test to pursue graduate programs from abroad in Natural Sciences, Engineering, Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts, Education, Business other fields. IIFLC offers coaching for GRE.
Test of English as a Foreign Language measures the ability of non-native speakers of English to use and understand English as it is spoken, written and heard in academic situations. TOEFL scores are accepted by more than 6000 colleges, Universities, licensing agencies and immigration authorities in 110 countries. IIFLC offers coaching for TOEFL.
IELTS is the world’s most popular English testing system; it is accepted by more than 6000 organization worldwide. These include universities, immigration departments, government agencies, professional bodies and multinational companies. IIFLC offers coaching for IELTS.

Laboratory
IIFLC has a well equipped Language Lab, Aptitude Lab and Career Lab. The focus of the Language Lab is to improve pronunciation and enhance fluency in English. Aptitude Lab consists of verbal, quantitative and reasoning sections. It contains a pool of 10,000 questions. In career lab, students are trained in Group Discussion, Personal Interviews, Presentation, Resume Writing and General Etiquette.
Library
IIFLC has rich Library and Reading room. To update the students, various magazines, journals and daily Newspapers are subscribed by the Institute.
